Vegetarian weight loss can be challenging

This is a testimonial on vegan food which I find very inspiring because of its simplicity. He shows us how he went through the different stages while seeking his answer to a healthy lifestyle.

What I like in particular, are his comments on the difference between being a vegetarian and being a vegan, where he describes how he actually gained weight while being a vegetarian.

This is no surprise to me, since I had the same problem. What most vegetarians are completely unaware of is that they have not significantly changed their fat input, and as a result keep gaining weight from products like eggs and dairy. But this is of course not the whole story; there are many more factors contributing to weight gain or loss.

Nevertheless, the easiness of his approach and the observations he made along his way towards harmony are worthwhile watching, if you are not disturbed by the fact that he’s eating throughout the video – raw food, of course. Be inspired!
